As a trauma-informed therapist, I am passionate about helping people process the impact of childhood emotional neglect and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Many adults who experienced childhood emotional neglect often struggle with self-worth, anxiety, people-pleasing, or feeling like they have to earn their worth in relationships. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and trusting space where you can feel safe being your authentic self while making meaningful changes.
