Great to meet you!

Having been a student of the human brain for the past two decades, my degrees and training bridge cognitive neuroscience, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and psychodynamic therapy to assist my clients in building a map of their nervous system in order to facilitate emotional healing and overall wellness.

My approach to therapy

An important part of my process is for my clients to learn how to become their own psychotherapist in order to foster lasting changes. I use cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques within a neuroscience and attachment theory oriented framework to address not only the immediate issues at hand, but also their origins within the nervous system.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to gain deeper wisdom in regard to not only how they operate as human, but apply this to their relationships with others as well. Clients will also further develop their ability to identify, process difficult emotions, and integrate that knowledge into their self experience.
