Great to meet you!

I help individuals, children, teenagers, parents, and families discover healthier alternatives to behaviors that may no longer serve them. I work with women, children, and families, while also providing counseling for men, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My values are honesty, empowerment, and respect. I offer online-only counseling, with evening and weekend appointments available. Sunday sessions may be requested, and I provide career and education counseling for adults 18 and older.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on your strengths, goals, and lived experience. I draw from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, family and marital, person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-focused, and other approaches to help address depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, parenting, self-esteem, stress, mood disorders, and more. I also offer Christian counseling, play therapy, and specialized support for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will create a respectful space for you to share what brings you to counseling and what you hope will change. We will begin identifying your concerns, strengths, and possible alternatives to unhealthy behaviors, then discuss an approach that fits your needs. I invite you to call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether counseling is a good fit.
