Great to meet you!

Welcome!!! Congratulations on taking the first step to seeking help. Let the journey begin. My passion for helping others lead me to pursue a degree in social work. I have worked in several areas of social work over the years however, I found my niche working with children and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

My goal is for my clients to feel empowered and have the tools they need to cope with the ups and downs of life. My most used treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

It's important for me to develop a good relationship with my clients. I spend time making sure that my clients feel at ease and comfortable to share their thoughts, feelings and what they hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to provide a secure environment filled with open and honest dialogue with a dash of humor. Life is hard, therapy can be a place to let your guard down and be yourself.
