I'm Alicia Dorn, a licensed mental health counselor. I provide treatment to teens, adults and families trying to make sense of life and feel supported living with chronic mental and physical health conditions. As a therapist with my own chronic illness, this is a life goal of mine.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You can expect to discuss topics relating to your physical and mental health in each session. We will also focus on connecting with your body in calming ways when talking about your pain is too difficult. A big part of my approach as a therapist is to help you feel seen and heard when it comes to your health, as the healthcare system and stressful family situations can make that hard.
