Great to meet you!

Alicia has been practicing therapy since 2017 and greatly enjoys creating a safe place for her clients to process their feelings and look at difficult truths. Seeing the important role that mental health has played in the lives of those around her, she has a passion for guiding people through the process of self discovery. To Alicia, being able to walk with people through this process is a privilege, and though the journey is shared, the work and accomplishments belong explicitly to the client.

My approach to therapy

Using a conversational approach, Alicia hopes to present clients with genuine, sometimes difficult, reflection in order for the client to see and grow from a clear view of the big picture.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel encouraged and safe to explore the feelings and truths that might feel too overwhelming to look at outside of session. Alicia always hopes to create a space where clients feel safe to take appropriate accountability while acknowledging their accomplishments.
