Great to meet you!

You are suffering from the pain of grief. Intrusive thoughts about the loss you’ve endured come and go like waves. No one has been through the same thing you have, so no one can relate, and it’s made you feel isolated. It's scary and feels hopeless. Normally, you’re a very driven person, but since your loss, you feel paralyzed. Sometimes, you think of calling or texting them, but then remember you can't.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I create a non-judgmental and empathic environment where clients feel heard and understood and this allows them to openly explore their concerns and work through challenging emotions.

Through this process I aim to empower clients to develop greater self-awareness self-compassion, and confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges, ultimately leading to lasting positive changes.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to learn more about you; I am very curious. I will ask you to tell me what brought you to see me and to explain without reservation. There is nothing that is off limits to discuss. Clients can take away a sense of being understood, feelings of hope, and increased self-awareness.
