Great to meet you!

I am a licensed in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Texas with over 15 years of professional work experience. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Sometimes life can feel heavy, confusing, or isolating. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the tools you need to move forward with greater confidence and balance.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will delve into the issues experienced and create a collaborative care plan to address these needs. Most of my clients experience gradual improvement within a short time frame with sustained improvement thereafter. I am eager and ready to meet you; to partner with you in your journey to healing and restoration.
