Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals deepen self-awareness, heal, improve interpersonal relationships, & find greater peace from the inside out. Areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Loss, Trauma, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues and Dating Support, Body Image & Self-Esteem, and Stress/Burnout, and Athletic Performance.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is most worthwhile when you feel safe and comfortable with your provider. Therefore, establishing rapport and trust is crucial to me. My style is professional, warm, down-to-earth and interactive. I have been in therapy myself and can appreciate what it's like to be on both sides of the couch (or screen in this case)!

Once I understand what your goals are, I draw from various different modalities and techniques to provide clinically proven results for my clients.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long. During our first visit we will discuss your concerns, I will gather some background information, and we will explore your treatment goals. Subsequent sessions are 45-50 minutes long.
