Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals deepen self-awareness, heal, improve interpersonal relationships, & find greater peace from the inside out. Areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Loss, Trauma, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues and Dating Support, Body Image & Self-Esteem, and Stress/Burnout, and Athletic Performance.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is most worthwhile when you feel safe and comfortable with your provider. Therefore, establishing rapport and trust is crucial to me. My style is professional, warm, down-to-earth, and interactive. I have been in therapy myself and can appreciate what it's like to be on both sides of the couch (or screen in this case)!

Once I understand your goals, I draw from a variety of research-backed modalities and therapeutic tools to create an approach that is tailored to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions are typically 50–60 minutes long. During our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns and challenges, and any relevant background information. We’ll also begin exploring your goals for therapy and what you’d like to get out of our work together. Most importantly, this is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit.
