Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as an MSW since 2001, and as an LCSW since 2007. I've worked in variety of mental health outpatient, inpatient environments. Over the span of my career, I've also had experience in healthcare settings, as well as grassroots community based organizations.

Meeting potential clients where they are at with dignity and respect are some of my core values.

My approach to therapy

My professional experiences is with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based, acceptance, and commitment therapy and other experiential and evidence based treatments. With relationships, I apply attachment based theory to exploring dynamics that can reduce repeating negative patterns in our relationships.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can lead to an improved sense of self understanding, increased personal objectivity, and progress towards specific goals. Clients report improving their overall ability to manage stress and reduce the intensity and duration of distressing thoughts and feelings.
