Great to meet you!

Mental wellness is a journey not a destination, and I am committed to helping you navigate your path toward wholeness, healing, and happiness.

I am a licensed professional counselor who holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health. With over 20 years of experience in the helping professions, I am dedicated to empowering adolescents, adults, families, and communities as they work towards achieving enduring positive change.

My approach to therapy

There are no one-size fits-all solutions, so our sessions are tailored to what works best for you. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques with personalized consideration of each client's unique needs, allowing for tailored support as they navigate the various stages of recovery. I have even trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-supported methodology shown to be effective in promoting healing and reducing symptoms of trauma.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to step into a safe non-judgmental space where we'll work collaboratively to tackle your concerns & goals. I believe you possess the greatest understanding of yourself, & my role is to empower you through guided exploration & self-awareness. If you're hesitant to start therapy due to fears of being judged, unsure about the process, or simply curious about what's involved, I encourage you to call or email to schedule an appointment today.
