Great to meet you!

I believe in my clients and their own ability to self navigate. At times, we as human beings can get lost along the way. Whether it be life changes, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or past trauma, I believe that together we can refocus on what matters. This is a steady process and I am here along the way to assist in healing, expression and regaining the confidence to move forward. If you are looking for a space that allows you to connect deeply with your self and explore, then I believe this is a space for you.

My approach to therapy

I work well with individuals who may be navigating life stressors including loss, divorce, relationship issues and trauma. My background in art therapy serves as a unique tool used for expression, exploration and healing. Often clients report feeling more relaxed while creating art and express the ability to share through their art when words are not enough.

What you can expect from me

Art may not be for everyone and my approach allows for flexibility in materials we use, while incorporating exploration of personal values and beliefs and challenging those that are limiting. Treatment is individually tailored, as are you. I truly look forward to connecting and hope to meet with you soon.
