Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the best part of my work is having the privilege of holding space for individuals as they move through their own process. I have worked in the field for over 10 years after graduating from the University of South Florida. I specialize in working with women's moods, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and gender affirming care.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work with an understanding that everyone is unique and brings their past experiences to their present self, therefore I tend to use an eclectic approach when working with individuals. I believe that safety and stabilization including trust building is an incredibly important step in therapy and aim to foster that and empowerment throughout treatment.

What you can expect from me

I take a client centered approach, empowering my clients to identify their goals for counseling. Overall, I find that learning to make space for what is happening in our world can help reduce mental and emotional distress and allow people to feel more fulfilled in their everyday life.
