Great to meet you!

As a social worker, I have broad experience that has included treating individuals struggling with relationship strain or wounds, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, chronic medical concerns, stress, and trauma.

My education background is in Social Work. I received both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective. This means you will build awareness about how your thought patterns impact your mood, functioning, and relationships. You will be able to notice the roots of why you think how you do and will develop new ways of approaching your anxiety, guilt, shame, or conflict in relationships so that you can have more freedom and joy in all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

You will have a deeper understanding about your own core beliefs, personal values, and how to align your thoughts and actions to the values that matter to you. You will be able to take steps towards feeling better about yourself and your purpose in life.
