Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Alicia, a queer therapist, artist, and trauma survivor and I have a passion for this work! My practice is intentionally small and boutique so we can focus on liberation from eating and body image pressures and trauma while stepping into our real selves. What makes therapy with me unique is that I use a wide lens to see how the societal impacts the personal. I show up with wisdom, realness, heart, and humor to hold space for your healing, because I know what’s possible on the other side. If this aligns with you then please reach out!

My approach to therapy

Picking apart your body in the mirror? Trauma and flashbacks feeling like an emotional ambush? Or just sick of masking the real you? It’s a lot. Now, picture taking the time to focus on your healing. You’re grounded, speaking up, trusting your gut, and finally knowing what safety feels like. You’re not just surviving—you’re living (and laughing) again.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to create a welcoming space for our authentic selves! Our first session should feel like we are in a safe place to talk and get to know each other, even if it can be a bit awkward in the beginning. Yet, taking that risk to open up can also feel so relieving! It’s that balance between caution and relief that we are striving for so we can build trust over time.
