Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Alicia!

Licensed in Ohio (Office Located in Ohio) and Massachusetts (Virtual Only)

Since beginning therapy work in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through many different life experiences, including trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anixety, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. I truly believe that therapy should feel like a safe place to exhale — a space where you don’t have to minimize what you’ve been through or carry it alone.

My goal is to offer a relationship-based, compassionate environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, and we will move at a pace that feels supportive and empowering as you work toward healing and meaningful change.

I also care deeply about providing an inclusive and affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds. I welcome clients from marginalized communities and strive to create a therapy environment rooted in equality, humanity, and safety — including space to process the very real impact of discrimination, identity-based harm, and minority stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centered. I believe healing happens best within a safe and trusting relationship, where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. I take time to understand what you need most and tailor our work together to fit your goals, values, and pace. I am EMDR certified and have specialized training in supporting clients through trauma and grief. I also integrate other evidence-based approaches, such as CBT and solution-focused therapy, depending on what is most helpful for you. Above all, therapy is a space we build together—one that supports growth, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In therapy you can expect treatment to be focused around you! We will discuss and establish your unique set of clinical goals and base treatment around meeting these goals. We will explore your strengths & skills and learn and gain new tools and resources along the way. We may look at barriers from the past or currently that you may be struggling with and work together to remove or cope with barriers. You may expect to be met with patience, understanding, and kindness.
