Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with adults, young adults, individuals, and couples who may be navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and other personal difficulties. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person possesses unique strengths and resilience, and therapy can serve as a valuable space to develop insight, build coping skills, and move toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

In my work with couples, I incorporate principles from the Gottman Method to help partners strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. Whether working with individuals or couples, I focus on fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationship patterns. I recognize that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am dedicated to meeting clients where they are, supporting them in developing greater confidence, authenticity, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), allowing me to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, increase psychological flexibility, clarify personal values, and develop practical strategies for overcoming challenges. I strive to create a therapeutic experience that is both compassionate and goal-oriented, helping clients build on their existing strengths while fostering lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, clients can expect a comprehensive and thoughtful intake process designed to gain a holistic understanding of their experiences, strengths, and goals. This assessment allows us to collaboratively identify areas of focus and establish a clear, individualized treatment plan. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel heard and understood from the very beginning, setting the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship. This process ensures that care is both intentional and tailored to support meaningful, lasting progress.
