I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Southern California and working telehealth statewide. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space, where clients can work through various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is meeting each individual where they are at and providing them with unconditional support. My approach emphasizes collaboration, helping clients build the skills they need to overcome obstacles and find a path to emotional well-being. I draw from CBT, DBT and ACT mainly to facilitate clients improve their lives and relationships, build resiliency, and gain valuable skills during their therapeutic journey.
