Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on the whole person rather than simply a diagnosis or set of symptoms. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions while also incorporating mind-body and holistic practices when appropriate. Together, we identify what is getting in the way, build practical coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn about you, what brings you to therapy, and what you would like to gain from the process. You can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at a pace that feels comfortable while we begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals. From there, we will work collaboratively to develop a direction for therapy that is personalized to you and the changes you would like to make.
