Great to meet you!

My name is Ali, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals navigating grief and loss, substance use, and a variety of mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we can begin getting to know one another. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I will answer any questions you may have, explain how therapy works, and work with you to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, respected, and supported as we begin building a therapeutic relationship at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
