Great to meet you!

I help teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with a balance of support and practical guidance. My approach is warm, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more confident and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach that combines understanding the deeper patterns behind your thoughts and relationships with practical tools to help you manage anxiety and stress. I use CBT alongside a psychodynamic and attachment-based lens, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to understand what brought you to therapy and what you want to feel different in your life. We’ll talk about what’s been challenging, any patterns you’re noticing, and what’s feeling most important to focus on.

I’ll also ask about your strengths and supports so we can build on what’s already working. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and manageable.

Most clients leave the first session feeling more clear, grounded, and relieved to have a direction. I’m supportive, but also direct when it’s helpful, so you leave with both insight and something you can actually use. You can expect a warm, structured, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
