Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alicia! I'm an IFS informed therapist and I want to offer you a safe and compassionate space where you can feel validated and understood. If your goals are to cultivate self-compassion, quiet the inner critic and find happiness in your daily life, I can help. We will work together to heal from past traumas and develop coping strategies for the future.

My approach to therapy

I believe that at the heart of most struggles lies a deep need for self-love and acceptance. I primarily use Internal Family Systems therapy as well as elements from ACT, CBT and DBT, to offer a holistic approach to help you love yourself better.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma. During our initial sessions, my primary focus will be developing strong rapport built on mutual trust and respect. We will also identify what's keeping you stuck and collaborate together on creating a plan to address these issues while ensuring your physical and emotional wellbeing.
