Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here! Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or the heaviness of anxiety, depression, or past trauma. If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism, shame, or overwhelm, you’re not alone—and real change is possible! Together, we will create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin relating to yourself with more compassion.

You deserve a space where you can truly be yourself, just as you are. If you’re feeling ready to explore your emotions and behaviors with more curiosity and compassion, I’d love to join you in that process. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation so we can see if it feels like a good fit. I'm excited to hear from you!

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. My approach blends Mindful Self-Compassion practices with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens not through self-criticism or judgment, but through curiosity and kindness toward ourselves.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression or trauma. During our initial sessions, my primary focus will be developing strong rapport built on mutual trust and respect. We will also identify what's keeping you stuck and collaborate together on creating a plan to address these issues while ensuring your physical and emotional wellbeing.
