Great to meet you!

Sometimes, one of the most difficult things to navigate is how we feel. It can be challenging just to get through the day without crying, losing motivation, isolating, or feeling hopeless.

My name is Alicia Naik, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My experiences in the field have allowed me to help clients work through various issues, which include depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, self-harm, anger management, relationship and marital issues, grief, and low self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, person-centered, strength-based, and supportive. Our initial sessions will focus on building rapport so I can learn more about you and provide you with a safe space to open up about what you’re experiencing at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Through CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions, I’ll be here to help you understand what you’re experiencing, learn to cope, and achieve a sense of overall well-being.
