A Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who treats adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional difficulties. I believe a combination of Western, Eastern, and holistic therapies is most beneficial in managing symptoms while overall enhancing one's quality of life. I Specialize in anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and mood disorders.

It is my belief that it is essential to initiate treatment with a thorough psychiatric evaluation and a collaborative plan that engages the patient and family to participate in the overall treatment plan.

I treat every patient with an holistic approach. Journeying together to improve the functioning of each individual is the optimal goal. To this end, a combination of lifestyle modification, one on one therapy and/or pharmacologic interventions are utilized.
