Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alicia. I work with adults who are navigating some of life’s most difficult moments — including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and crisis situations. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. If you’ve been carrying more than you can handle on your own, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to start healing at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and tailored to you. Clients often describe my style as warm, affirming, and solution-focused. Together, we’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, identify your personal needs and goals, and build a plan that supports your growth and well-being. I draw from my experience working with trauma, crisis situations, and emotional challenges to help clients gain clarity, perspective, and practical ways to cope with what they’re facing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your story in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling heard, supported, and reassured that you are not alone. From there, we’ll begin working toward meaningful changes that help you feel more stable, hopeful, and confident moving forward.
