Great to meet you!

Seeking a safe, supportive space to navigate life's challenges is an important first step, and I am here to help you feel grounded and understood. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor holding a Master of Science from St. John Fisher University, bringing three years of dedicated clinical experience to my practice. My primary focus areas include supporting individuals through grief and bereavement, anxiety, and trauma, while also providing a welcoming environment for those dealing with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, depression, stress, life transitions, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, warm, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than relying on a rigid formula, I draw from Gestalt therapy, somatic practices, strength-based perspectives, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Together, we will work at a pace that honors your internal experience, connecting mind and body to help you process difficult emotions, build resilience, and discover meaningful pathways forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to be a gentle, collaborative introduction. This initial meeting is designed to give us space to get acquainted, discuss what brings you to therapy, and outline what you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away; we will use the time to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the direction of our work together.
