Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am so glad you're here! Prioritizing mental health is key in living your best, most stable, and fulfilled life. Seeking help is the hardest part, so bravo to you. I specalize in trauma treatment, PTSD, and complex-Ptsd. I help people lessen symptoms of depression and anxiety. My greatest passion is in helping people reclaim their voice, their inner strength, and their hope; in helping them take their lives back.

My approach to therapy

All people are different people and treating the individual based on their needs and preferences is very important. I use a broad range of therapeutic interventions including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Inner-Child and Parts (IFS) work, Mindfulness, and Breathwork.

What you can expect from me

Most of us hold ourselves back due to our conditioning, our limited false beliefs. Things like: I am not good enough, I am too much or not enough, People don't like me, I am unlovable (there are many more but you get the gist). My primary goal is to bring the individual closer to the truth of who they are allowing them to see the origin of their false beliefs about themselves, and to reclaim their personal power, their wants, needs, and desires; to take their life back!
