Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Nevada and Florida. My clinical training is rooted in systemic and attachment-based models, which means I view people within the context of their relationships, family systems, and life experiences.

I have completed all three levels of advanced training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and am a certified workshop leader for The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe my approach as compassionate, warm, insightful, and direct. I provide practical tools and psychoeducation while creating space for emotional depth, support, and self-reflection. I believe therapy should move beyond venting; it should increase awareness, strengthen skills, and support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, direct, guidance, collaboration and growth-oriented approach. Therapy with me is not just about insight; it is about building emotional resilience and creating meaningful change.

I help clients understand their patterns and the underlying dynamics that drive them. We also focus on strengthening your ability to regulate emotions, tolerate discomfort, communicate clearly, and respond differently under stress.

I balance compassion with honesty. I will validate your experience while also gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. Therapy is a space for clarity, reflection, and personal responsibility, not blame.

When working with individual clients, our work may include boundaries, attachment patterns, self-trust, emotional regulation, and healing from past wounds. For couples or families, you can expect structured conversations, direct feedback, and guidance in building emotional safety, repair skills, and healthier interaction cycles.

Our work also includes practical tools and periodic reflection between sessions, not just discussion. I believe sustainable change happens when insight is paired with skill development and consistent practice.

My role is to help you expand your emotional capacity so you can make clearer decisions, respond with greater stability, and build relationships, including the one with yourself, that feel grounded and sustainable.
