Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 15 years of experience supporting adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and relationship challenges, and I also work with couples seeking stronger communication and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and relational, creating a space where you can show up as you are. Together, we’ll understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I look beyond symptoms to understand the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and protective patterns shaping what you're going through today. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, attachment-focused therapy, somatic techniques, and nervous system regulation. We'll balance deeper exploration with practical strategies you can use between sessions, moving at a pace that feels manageable while helping you create meaningful shifts in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not expecting you to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals while creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
