Great to meet you!

I provide psychiatry care (medication management) and therapy to my psychiatry patients. I am not currently accepting therapy only patients. Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply involved in humanitarian and community service both locally and internationally. I work with veteran-focused and disaster-response organizations, providing medical and mental health support in high-stress, resource-limited environments. I am also actively engaged in supporting first responders, service members, and families impacted by trauma and loss. This work has shaped how I show up as a provider—grounded, calm, culturally aware, and focused on practical support during difficult moments. Clients often appreciate that I bring real-world experience, resilience, and a strong sense of service into the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel supportive, practical, and collaborative. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, but I also recognize that each person’s experience is unique and deserves individualized care. I work to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to actively participate in their treatment.

I have extensive experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, and life transitions. I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach that considers mental health, physical health, lifestyle, and wellness factors together. When medication is part of care, I focus on clear education, shared decision-making, and using the lowest effective approach to support long-term stability.

Above all, my goal is to meet clients where they are, help them build insight and resilience, and support sustainable progress—not just symptom management.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a collaborative conversation focused on understanding your concerns, your goals, and your overall health. We will review relevant history, discuss what support might be helpful, and outline a plan that makes sense for you. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with, and questions are always welcome.
