Great to meet you!

It is my primary aim to help you get to an optimal level of mental health. You and I will work together to improve emotional intelligence, self-compassion and informed lifestyle choices to bring about the best possible future for you no matter what life throws at you!

I am an Army Veteran, a devout Catholic and most importantly a human being who understands the therapeutic process both as a professional and someone who has utilized therapy for myself for the past several years as well!

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily based on you. I will apply whatever techniques and theories I know will help you reach your emotional health goals, but my emphasis will be on your understanding of your life, your circumstances and your ability to use your own gifts and skills to improve and change your mental health in a substantial way.

What you can expect from me

At the end of the day, my intention is for you to leave my office with a better understanding of how your mental health works, as well as an assurance that when you have just spent an hour with someone who genuinely cares about you as an person, and not simply as a client.
