Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 35 years of experience helping clients who are ready to grow in a new direction, build positive habits, and develop the inner resilience they need to thrive. I specialize in supporting young adults, college and graduate students, early-career professionals, and adults navigating life transitions such as career changes, relocation, and shifts in family structure. I also have deep experience supporting individuals recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, including gaslighting and trauma bonding. I have a specialty focus with the Spanish-speaking community and Crime Victim Compensation clients. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions throughout Colorado.

My approach to therapy

My approach is friendly and intuitive, grounded in Family Systems principles and enriched by CBT, EMDR, ACT, Brainspotting, IFS, and mindfulness-based techniques. I work collaboratively to help clients discover self-compassion, internal strengths, humor, and focus. I have found that from a strong foundation of self-awareness, new skills and lasting change can form. Together, we create space to explore your situation with inner calm, clarity, and confidence as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy. I will listen carefully and help you feel at ease. My goal is to understand your unique situation and begin identifying the inner strengths and resources you already carry. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
