Alicia has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Grief and Loss Therapy. She believes in being a vehicle to assist clients as they reach their goals and grow within the therapeutic process. She is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment, improving accessibility to mental health care for all, and understands one size does not fit all.
