Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are struggling with a myriad of different concerns. PTSD, trauma, grief/loss, severe anxiety, phobias, dissociative disorders, traumatic and acquired brain injuries, addiction, and depression, just to name a few. I have experience working with military veterans, first-responders, those that have experienced abuse, or human trafficking, those struggling with addiction, and those in the LGBT+ community.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is eclectic and will be implemented to meet your individualized needs. I am an EMDR trained and somatic informed therapist. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT skills, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and sensorimotor techniques to allow you to feel, express, and overcome the difficulties you are currently facing.

What you can expect from me

Life is a journey, not a destination. If you are reading this, thank you. If you are seeing this, if you are here, you have made it. You’ve taken the most difficult step. I am here with you, with the tools to meet your environment, and body, in a safe way; maybe for the first time, or maybe for the first time in a long time.
