Great to meet you!

I primarily work with women and young adults navigating some of the difficult parts of everyday life such as anxiety, motherhood, relationship challenges, boundary setting, communication issues, perfectionism, people pleasing, or just finding themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Sometimes life, or certain problems, can feel tangled together. My goal is to help you unravel some of those layers, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and identify patterns in your life to help you find a greater sense of clarity.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I prioritize a tone that feels relatable and down to earth while keeping it real. I offer a non-judgmental space and perspective to help you reflect on your life and work through the challenges you are facing. Together, we’ll work toward small, realistic shifts that can change how you feel and show up in your life.

What you can expect from me

The hardest part about therapy is reaching out. Send me an email or a text and we’ll schedule a consultation call to see if we are a good fit and answer any questions you have. I currently offer telehealth appointments which allows therapy to fit more easily into busy schedules.
