Great to meet you!

Thank you so much for reaching out! The first step is so hard! I have been providing counseling since 2002. I believe we all possess the skills to reach our potential and that as a Counselor it is my job to help you find your strengths to be the person you want to be. I will focus on building an authentic and supportive relationship with you and utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and many other modalities. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and attachment-based approaches. I believe there is a lot gained from understanding how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors. Additionally, the earliest relationships in life impact our adult relationships, and there can be much to be gained from a deeper understanding of this. I work collaboratively to help clients gain deeper insight and become their most authentic selves.

What you can expect from me

Clients will gain insight leading to increased hope and purpose.
