I focus on treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and beyond.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate mental health care and employ evidence-based guidelines in practice. As a PMHNP, my role is multifaceted and includes educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and collaborative partner. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and more.
