Great to meet you!

One of the hardest parts of struggling is that after a while, what you're carrying can start to feel normal. The anxiety. The depression. The self-doubt. The unhealthy relationships. The addiction. The constant pressure to keep it together. People often come to therapy because they're tired of surviving, tired of repeating the same patterns, or tired of feeling disconnected from themselves. They may not know exactly what needs to change, but they know they don't want to keep living the same way. I work with adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions who are ready for something different.

My approach to therapy

Having navigated my own recovery and healing journey, I know that insight alone doesn't always create change. That's why my approach goes beyond simply talking about problems. Therapy with me combines deeper exploration, practical tools, and holistic approaches that help clients build a stronger connection between mind, body, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

Change doesn't happen overnight, and it rarely happens in a straight line. But people are often far more capable of growth, healing, and resilience than they realize. Whether you're facing something specific or simply know you don't want to keep living the same way, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and discover what's possible.
