Great to meet you!

Do fears, mental health challenges, or a history of trauma hold you back from living the life you desire? Trauma touches all of us in different ways, often leaving us feeling invisible, unheard, or fragmented. I know this journey all too well. As a child, my family fled our home as refugees, navigating life in unfamiliar places. These experiences shaped my understanding of pain, resilience, and the deep need to feel seen and heard. I have done 100s of hours of training to understand trauma and become a trauma informed therapist.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to your growth. Drawing from trauma-informed psychology, mindfulness practices, history, and even humor, I create a holistic, individualized approach to therapy that is both meaningful and effective.

With years of schooling and a global perspective shaped by living and working internationally, I will guide you to uncover and nurture the strength and resilience within you, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m excited to meet you and help you find joy within yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

When you come to therapy you can expect to find someone who will deeply listen, thoughtfully questions, skillfully empower, and passionately encourage you along your journey towards emotional and mental wellness.
