Great to meet you!

I have seen the the bridges build by miscommunication, pain built by trauma, I have seen families destroyed over misunderstanding, people who got lost on the way to self. I am here to help you find comfort and conquer new beginnings.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I bring a grounded, insight-oriented, and integrative approach to every session. My style is warm yet direct I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel truly seen, while also offering clear, actionable guidance that fosters real growth and transformation. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to hold complexity: to compassionately witness their struggles while also challenging them to break through old patterns and step into a more empowered version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients say they feel “lighter” after we meet — not because everything is solved instantly, but because they are finally moving through the things that have felt stuck for too long. You’ll gain the language to express yourself more clearly, the perspective to understand your inner world more deeply, and the resilience to navigate life with more emotional strength and self-trust.
