I believe that everyone has not only the capacity, but the right to heal and grow, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving personal transformation. I see my role as a therapist as a guide and ally, helping individuals navigate the challenges they face and supporting them in their journey towards greater well-being. I am a firm believer in doing my own inner work to better help others find the peace, love, and healing that they desire in their lives.

I believe in a goal-directed approach to therapy, meaning that in the first 1-2 sessions clients will be establishing what they hope to achieve by coming to therapy. I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to address trauma, Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to work with couples and families, and mindfulness-based and self-compassion practices to help individuals develop better relationships with themselves.

Most clients leave sessions with me feeling heard, understood and maybe a little bit nicer to themselves. They walk away with insights about their behaviors and personality that help them navigate their daily lives and relationships with greater ease and self-assurance.
