My Background & Journey to Mental Healthcare

My passion for helping others has been lifelong—starting as a peer counselor and community volunteer, and later evolving into a career dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
What to Expect in Therapy
Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your experiences, and explore your goals. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns, and together, we’ll create a plan that supports your growth and well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, empowering, and effective therapy experience tailored to your needs.
