Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients that fosters inclusivity. I enjoy working with preteens, teens and young adults. I have been in the school districts as a school counselor for 3 years after working in community mental health for 2 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in providing my client with unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence. I want to work with you in a partnership and help guide you on your path. I use skills from CBT and Solution Focused to find goals you is working towards.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for you to share your story, what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. We will work together in session to help you reach your goals.
