Great to meet you!

As a Creative Arts Psychotherapist, I think creatively about therapy itself. It might mean incorporating artmaking, but more often it's about bringing imagination and flexibility into how we approach your struggles. You do not need to be an artist to explore in this way. Therapy with me is human and focused on what matters to you.

I provide talk therapy, creative arts therapy, and play therapy from a relational perspective, grounded in the healing power of safe, consistent connection.

I work with adults, teens, children, and families navigating grief, trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, stress, self-esteem, parenthood, identity, overwhelm...

I bring deep respect for resilience and growth, helping people uncover patterns, build awareness, and move forward with intention and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I center meaningful connection as the foundation for real growth and change.

Together, we’ll use reflection, exploration, and expression to build self-awareness, uncover patterns, and make intentional choices that align with your values.

With children, I tap into their natural languages of play, art, movement, and story, creating space where feelings can surface safely. I offer structure, acceptance, and genuine support so they feel seen and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect honesty, compassion, and space to just be yourself. I know it takes courage to show up, so I want you to feel that you don’t have to hold anything back or package your story neatly. I’ll ask some questions to get a sense of what’s going on in your world, but mostly I’ll be listening for what feels heavy, what feels stuck, and what you want life to look like instead.

We'll start to figure out what matters most to you and how to get there. My hope is that you’ll leave our first conversation feeling less alone, more understood, and maybe even a little lighter knowing you’ve taken a bold step forward.
