Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience providing mental health care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and personalized to meet each client's unique needs, helping them build resilience, achieve personal growth, and improve their overall emotional well-being. I am fluent in both English and Russian, allowing me to provide culturally responsive care to a diverse population.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in crisis intervention, depression and anxiety disorders, serious and persistent mental illness—including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder—and substance use disorders. I have extensive experience working with individuals in acute psychiatric settings, where I conduct comprehensive risk assessments, help stabilize people experiencing mental health crises, and coordinate care to support recovery. Whether you are facing a temporary crisis or managing a long-term mental health condition, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

During our first session, you can expect us to get to know one another. I will take time to learn about your concerns, personal history, strengths, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we will discuss your goals, identify areas you would like to work on, and begin developing a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs. You are welcome to ask questions about the therapy process at any time, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Throughout our work together, I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen resilience, and enhance your overall well-being. My goal is to empower you with the tools and support you need to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
