I believe that everyone has their own life path, and it can be hard to figure out what direction to take. I have over 15 years experience providing therapy to clients of all ages, from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through various time periods in their life.
I am trained in various evidence based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
