Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or prescribing homework. It’s about understanding the bigger picture of what’s happening for you and helping you feel more grounded, capable, and confident.
My approach blends compassion with evidence-based strategies. We’ll look at practical tools for managing focus, organization, and procrastination, while also exploring deeper patterns (that we don't consciously think about) like shame, perfectionism, or trauma that often make ADHD and anxiety worse.
I believe therapy should feel supportive and collaborative. Together, we’ll create a space where you can understand yourself in new ways, feel less stuck, and begin to move forward with confidence. Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you.
