Hi, I'm Ali — board-certified PMHNP and founder of Clarivolve Mental Health. I work with adults and teenagers managing ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. With a hospital RN background, I take time to listen and explain — not rush you through a 10-minute med check. Telehealth across CA, in-person in Redlands. English & Farsi.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in actually listening. I see medication as one important tool — not the only one — and I take time to understand your full picture before making recommendations.
Your first session is a full 60-minute psychiatric evaluation, either in my Redlands office or via telehealth. We'll talk through what brought you in, your symptoms, your history, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment.
I'll ask questions, you can ask questions, and together we'll arrive at a working diagnosis and a clear plan. If medication is part of that plan, we'll discuss the options, what to expect, and any concerns you have before starting anything.
You'll leave knowing what we're doing, why, and when we'll meet next. No rushed feeling, no one-size-fits-all recommendations, and no judgment — just a real conversation about getting you back to feeling like yourself.
