Perhaps you're struggling or even unclear of what hinders you. Whatever your needs may be I want to be that one to assist you in finding your way through these challenges that get in your way to living life at it's fullest. I can say that I know what it's like to feel like the journey you are on is not the journey you choose for your life. It was over 14 years ago that I made life choices that brought me to where I am today; passionately working with individuals who need that extra help.

Regardless of the licensure and certificates that I carry the approach that I take is tailored to you as an individual. Meaning we can utilize specific models of therapy/ approaches, we can incorporate methods taken from different models or we can customize what works for you based on your need. Every individual is different meaning "one shoe", or model in this case, does not fit all.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In therapy sessions I allow you to get in touch with your thoughts and feelings whether you choose to incorporate your faith or not, sessions are tailored to meet your needs.
