Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong clinical foundation in working with individuals and families navigating complex mental health challenges. My experience includes supporting people through acute and chronic conditions—especially psychosis, depression, and major life transitions such as the postpartum period. I also work closely with parents and families, helping them better understand and respond to a loved one experiencing psychosis, so they feel less overwhelmed and more equipped to support recovery.

I bring both clinical depth and a human approach to therapy. That means I don’t just focus on symptoms—I take the time to understand your story, your relationships, and the systems around you. Whether you’re feeling stuck in depression, adjusting to new motherhood, or trying to make sense of a loved one’s mental health condition, I aim to meet you with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based care. As a clinical social worker, I view mental health through a holistic lens—recognizing how emotional, relational, and environmental factors all interact.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other—without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping might change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current challenges, and strengths. Most importantly, you can expect to feel respected and taken seriously. Starting therapy can be a big step, and my role is to make that first experience feel grounded, safe, and genuinely helpful.
